01 Introduction and Acceptance

2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not give any third party access to your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 89db support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
89db reserves the right to verify your identity documents (national ID card, passport or similar document) at any time to ensure secure and fair service. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily suspended.
- All registration details must be truthful and your own.
- Only one account is permitted per person.
- Change your password regularly and do not share it with anyone.
- Selling, transferring or renting your account is strictly prohibited.
03 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on 89db through any payment method is ৳200. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
When making a deposit, you must ensure that the payment account used is registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
3.3 Fraud Prevention
89db monitors all financial transactions. In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, we may request additional verification or temporarily suspend the transaction. If suspected fraudulent activity is detected, the associated account will be closed and necessary legal action will be taken.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
89db offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, you must apply the relevant bonus code (if any) at the time of your first deposit.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after placing bets totalling 25 times the bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- Before bonus requirements are met, only the actual deposited amount is withdrawable (the bonus will be cancelled).
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
- 89db reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
4.3 VIP Program
The 89db VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Your progress through VIP tiers is determined by your overall activity and loyalty. 89db reserves the right to review and change the VIP program structure at any time.
05 Gameplay and Betting Rules
5.1 Fair Play Commitment

5.2 Prohibited Activities
